​Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

Tickets are refundable up to 10 days before the date of the first workshop.

A specific student email address may be used to purchase no more than one ticket.

Participants may be reassigned to a workshop on a date and time other than the one chosen. 

Participant can reschedule a workshop by request but is not entitled to a refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

Participants are entitled to a refund for workshops that are cancelled or if they can't attend at the reassigned date and time.
